An insurance policy is only as good as the claims service it provides. Mitchell Sandham is an advice based brokerage who will be a part of the claims process from start to finish acting as your advocate. If you have a claim to make please contact your dedicated account executive immediately to review the claims process. A member of our team will provide advice based service to ensure your claim is handled properly and efficiently. We will review your loss in the context of your insurance policy and help you decide how best to proceed.

With regards to an auto accident you shouldn't discuss responsibility for the accident with anyone except the investigating officer.

If you have a claim to make please contact our office as soon as possible to speak to your dedicated account executive. We encourage our clients to speak to us first before speaking with the insurance company directly. We as brokers can provide advice regarding your accident or loss in terms of coverage, deductibles, discounts and limits. In many situations, especially home and auto insurance, once you report a claim it will be on your insurance history and could affect your rates.
